Family Registration is a maximum of four entrants

Registration is limited to 2000 participants and will fill up early. Register now to guarantee your spot! Race day registration will only be available if the cap is not reached.

Congratulations to our winners Leslie Luna and John Klish.

Leslie chicked the field (which we think is very appropriate for Mother’s Day) and set a new women’s event record of 17:37. She won the Women’s Challenge and a “head-to-toe” gear package from Runners Roost, Colorado!

John bettered his second place men’s overall finish from a year ago and stayed in the top 5 for the third straight year. He’s getting faster every year and Leslie better stay on her game because while we like having a woman winner, John will certainly have something to say about this next year!!

Bring your family and friends to join in the fun at the 4th Annual Mother’s Day 5K. Ladies can run, walk, or stroll. Make it a day of activity the entire family can enjoy and register Dad and the Kids too. All registered participants receive admission to the Denver Zoo on Mother’s Day. Don’t miss the post race party filled with snacks, drinks, and some fantastic prizes!
We want you! First-time 5K, elite runners, walkers, and strollers (come on it’s Mother’s Day) are invited to enjoy May 12th with us in City Park.

HERA Foundation

The Mother’s Day 5K is pleased to announce a partnership with the HERA Foundation. Denver’s premier woman’s running event is excited to have a portion of your registration fees go directly to this cause and to add a fund raising component to the annual event.

HERA’s mission is to stop the loss of women from ovarian cancer by promoting Health, Empowerment, Research and Awareness. Lace up your running shoes and turn your passion into action at the Mother’s Day 5K in City Park! Do it for all the women in your life.

Don’t forget the Annual “Mother’s Day Migration” All registered MD5K participants receive Denver Zoo admission for Sunday, May 12th.

We will have a pre race Expo with packet pick-up on Saturday, May 11th from 9am to 3pm at the Denver Runners Roost Store on Colorado Blvd. Join us, the Roost Staff, and some of our partners for 15% off everything in the Store!

If you are unable to pick-up before race day all packets will be available at the race (please allow time for parking and pick-up race-day due to lines.)
